Service Description

A relaxing meditation using crystals . Everything provided. Please book your option - floor/yoga mat (provided) we have 4 places for these each session. 1 place on high bed for anyone not able to easily lie on the floor or 1 relaxing chair for anyone not able to lie down. blankets, pillows, support cushions, eye masks and crystals are all provided just turn up in relaxing clothes.
