Come and join us as on of our meditations or workshops.

We all need a little bit of therapy and relaxation in our lives and at The Zen Den you will find something to help you do this, just what we need in the long winter months when we do not have the sun to make us feel good!​

Lynn is offering Meditation sessions -all you do is join us and relax, you will go away feeling much better!
Sometimes we don't take enough time for ourselves and when our Chakra's are "out of sorts" so are we!
​
We supply everything! you just need to come in relaxing comfortable clothing.....and relax.
Sessions are booked for an hour.
After the meditation or sound healing session you are welcome to join us forma cup of tea/coffee no rush to leave us, please stay and have a chat.

We supply the yoga mats to lie in, pillows, blankets'.....
If you are unable to get onto the floor easily we also have
a therapy bed for you to lie on and if you cannot lie flat easily then we have a relaxing chair option!
Just choose your option when booking.
Please note - We are unfortunately on the first floor so you do have to come up one flight of stairs.​

Crystal Healing Meditation
A relaxing meditation session whilst holding crystals!
That's simply what it is.... but using crystals can deepen the meditation plus we use them to heal & align the Chakras.
Max 4 people on floor mats, 1 therapy bed and 1 chair.
1 hour - £10

Guided Meditation
Just lie back, close you eyes and allow yourself to be taken on a journey! Drift off into somewhere nice!
1hour session can also be done with Shamanic drums!
Max 4 people on the floor mats. 1 raised bed and 1 chair.

Sound Bath Therapy
No Bath involved.....it simply means you will be bathed in sound...an amazing experience using Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drum, rain sticks, chimes.
You simply lie and enjoy and see where your journey takes you. This therapy is aimed at cleansing the Chakra's.
Max 3 people on floor mats, 1 raised bed and 1 chair.
1 hour - £15
